Dancers may work in the country for up to 12 months under the Working Holiday Program, and must be between 18 and 30 years old and should have never before worked under this program in order to qualify.

Term of employment is from 3 up to 12 months, depending on the kind of visa the dancer is eligible for.

Topless pole dancing. Dancers are required to dance for 2- 3 songs on the stage on rotation. Tipping on the stage is popular in Australia and skilled performer may earn up to AUS $800 tip money per shift.

There are no special dress rules. Dancers can wear what ever they feel attractive in.

There is non touching rule in some clubs and touching is allowed above the waist in other clubs. Topless lap dance costs AUS $45 per 15 min., nude lap dance costs AUS $60 per 15 min.

Clubs don't remunerate dancers. Dancers get what they have earned by dances and drinks purchased by customers. Dancers get paid cash on the spot at the end of every shift and receive a cut of approximately 60 - 40 in their favor for lap dances performed. Garter money that the girls make on stage is their own, they keep 100%.

We guarantee our dancers that they will earn a minimum of AUS $2,000 a week. We can give this guarantee as it is just the normal take home amount that average entertainer make a week. The amount of money that is made depends on the individual talent and popularity with the clients.

There is no house fee in some clubs while in other clubs dancers pay AUS $20 per shift to the house out of their earnings. This goes towards helping the hostess manage the ladies money, to insure that all performances are kept a track of.
